We are so experienced in fish delivery. We are professional and never made any damages
no matter how long it is. You can trust us.
The reason why the fish that delivered from Boss Ranchu is not damaged.
1. The place we feed the fish is well managed. Our fish is healthy and strong.
2.

We will deliver fish when they are ready. Before the delivery we will feed fish in the clean water, adjust the temperature to be suitable for the destination. And don't feed them at least 3 days.

Packaging, we use the foam boxes which keep the temperature very well. Inside the box will separate to 2 bags. We will only use the special bag for fish. And we will suitable calculate the amount of fish into the bag.

Before the delivery, we will take them to check their healthy to issue Health Certificate
at Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, which is the good institute. So you can be sure
that the fish you receive has no disease.


  However, for you happiness, we has the fish insurance that
we deliver under the condition as follows.
1.

If the delivered fish is died within 24 hours, since the airplane arrive at the destination airport, which the cause of delivery. We are welcome to reimburse the same level fish. But you have to pay all delivery expense.
2.


If the delivered fish is died within 48 hours, since the airplane arrive at the destination airport, which the cause of delivery. We are welcome to reimburse the same level fish. But you have to pay us the half price of fish and all delivery expense.
  3.

If it's damaged under those condition, you have to take the picture of dead fish, and also inform us all the problems that happened by sending us via email as soon as possible.
  4.

If it's passed the insurance, and we aren't informed the damage. We will not reimburse you any cases.
